Six Indian soldiers injured in retaliatory firing at LOC.

Six of our forces were injured on Friday after India and Pakistan resorted to cross border shelling and firing on the Line of Control (LOC) in Sunderbani Sector of Rajouri District Jammu.

A police official said that Pakistani troops resorted to firing of small arms and shelling with mortars in Dadal , Malla area of Sunderbani sector early morning today.

:In the shelling four army soldiers and two BSF personnel manning the fence suffered injuries., ” the officer said adding that the India Army retaliated befittingly.

Sources said that the injured men were taken to a nearby hospital for treatment. Among the injured, four army soldiers were shifted to the Army Command Hospital in Udhampur for specialized treatment.
