Govt Orders Temporary Suspension Of All Indoor Sports Activities In J&K

6 March 2021: Amid surge in Corona cases, Jammu and Kashmir administration Tuesday ordered temporary suspension of all indoor sports activities in the Union Territory

In an order , It is hereby ordered that all close contact sports, like Boxing, Wrestling, Judo Karate, Kabaddi, Kho-Kho, Thanga-ta, taekwondo, Wushu and sports of similar character shall remain suspended till further orders.”

More over as per the order all other outdoor sports activities shall be conducted after following necessary SOP’s as detailed in the Circular instructions issued by Ministry of Youth Affairs and Sports earlier.
