Indian Army at Kalaroos organised an inter-village Volleyball tournament from 07 Oct to 10 Oct 2022. This tournament is held every year by IA in Kalaroos. A total of 10 teams participated from Kalaroos block this year.
Tournament was played on knock-out basis. The young determined boys displayed their skills and left no stone unturned to win every single match. It was a tough fight between all the teams from first round itself. The final match was played between Khumriyal B and Police Brothers on 10 Oct 2022. In the exciting and hard fought match Khumriyal B with its outstanding performance lifted the trophy and team Police brothers was runner up. The tournament witnessed a overwhelmed response from the locals as they encouraged and cheered up for their respective village team. Winners and runner up were awarded with trophy and prizes.
Local youth from the area were very appreciative of Army for continue to organise such sports tournaments and other constructive activities for the betterment of the youth.
