Man dies after tree he was cutting falls on him in Budgam

A-32-year-old man died on Saturday when a tree he was cutting fell on him in forest area in central Kashmir’s Budgam district.

An official told that one person identified as Muhammad Rafiq Khokhar, son of Habibullah Khokhar, a resident of Kokerbagh Khag, was cutting a tree in the forest compartment Number-28 of the district. The forest tree he was cutting fell on him and died on the spot.

Police have taken cognizance of the incident. (KDC)
