While hoisting the National Flag at Block Headquarter Langate, Mr. Pandith asserted, “let us celebrate the achievements of our Republic and resolve to dedicate ourselves towards building a peaceful and progressive J&K.
Later in the day the Chairman kickstarted the plantation drive in his Block. The drive is a joint venture of Social Forestry Department, and Rural Development Department. The Chairman emphasized upon the importance of clean and green environment and appealed to people to plant as many trees as possible for sustainable development.
