Kupwara, May 10 (TRK):- In a significant development, the National Investigation Agency has seized an immovable property in Manigah village of North Kashmir’s Kupwara district under the Unlawful Activities Prevention Act (UAPA).
According to sources, the land measuring 3.5 Marlas was owned by one Daulat Ali Mughal of Shilabhatu Mohalla in Manigah. Mughal has been linked with NIA case no. RC-2018/NIA/DLI, registered under UAPA.
The seizure of the concerned land was carried out after the order of the Special NIA Court Jammu, as per our sources. (TRK)
