The lady teacher did not deserve such an end but that was her destiny? 36 year old Shenaaz was the mother of four kids!
-Sources said the post mortem conducted by a team of three doctors while speaking to us were categorical ‘the death was due to brutal hitting of the lady but blunt weapons because some bones had cracked up and the bruises on the body suggested the same. Thereafter she was strangulated and subsequently thrown away. Therefore it was a murder all the way to silence Shenaaz the teacher who always loved to teach and smile’! But someone did not like her? But who?’
‘Killers have Patterns and they know that when they have to execute the ghastly act. In this case the killers hammered the lady till she let go her last breath and finally died. Her dead body was found 100 meters away from her house? Was it a perfect crime? By the look of things it is not but cannot be a sudden death. With complete calmness, the killer turned and walked away and so far is moving about freely hoping in hope that he has left no clue but he is mistaken because there is no such thing as perfect murder but the dial for murder had definitely been set into motion. Obviously the Gursai Police will get into angles and then pick up the leads but the surest one probably to start it is that whosoever killed Shenaaz knew her and probably was absolutely livid with anger as she had been battered by a ruthless murderous assault. The injury marks on the body prove it to the core’!
-‘There is a distinct difference between suspense and surprise, and yet many pictures continually confuse the two. I’ll explain what I mean. It cannot be possible that the altercation or the sequences could have developed all of a sudden but it was planned for this particular day was the surprise element in the whole event and who did it is the suspense part. A 36 year old lady and that to a teacher definitely knows how to defend herself in one to one fight. The dead body was found 100 meters away from her house. If the plan was to be executed outside the house the lady could not have been a dunderhead to walk hundred meters to get murdered? If she had then the attack was via the mode of an ambush. Not possible because she would have shouted for help. This obviously means that she was murdered elsewhere. Evidence on the crime scene here would give some leads but that is after confirming as to where she was hit and bruised that lead to her death’! Now it is that she was strangled! One man can hit and strangulate is not impossible but definitely very difficult. Thus there were more than one or two!
-‘Behavior pattern of a person who thinks he/she is living on the edges of the blade and anticipating some horror in her life gives away tell tale signs. These can be noted by the people staying in the house or obviously her friends. It cannot be possible that she did not as to why she was scared? Fear isn’t so difficult to understand. After all, weren’t we all frightened as children? Nothing has changed since Little Red Riding Hood faced the big bad wolf. What frightens us today is exactly the same sort of thing that frightened us yesterday. It’s just a different wolf. This fright complex is rooted in every individual. This can only be told by the inmates of the house or probably the closest to her, I mean children and the husband! Her husband probably should have known what was disturbing his wife. Again it cannot be possible that he did not know’?
-‘Who could have been the enemy of a teacher and a mother of four who went to such an extent that he smashed her to death? So far the plot remains hidden but one thing is certain that he is somewhere near hovering about and had some serious problems with her regarding the past, present and the future moves of the lady. Her death definitely benefits someone? But who? Definitely not her children at least! This the police have to find out and for sure would have been working on a similar matrix. It was a killing with the motive of revenge and hatred which someone had developed for the lady who now is no more or could be an honor killing after an unwanted development within the family in which the teacher was in the focus!’
Femicide or feminicide is a sex-based hate crime term, broadly defined as the intentional killing of women or girls because they are female, though definitions vary depending on its cultural context.] Feminist author Diana E. H. Russell was the first person to define and disseminate this term in modern times, in 1976. She defines the word as the killing of females by males because they are female. Other feminists place emphasis on the intention or purpose of the act being directed at females specifically because they are female. Others include the killing of females by females. Everything is a possibility in this case.
Obviously the person who did it some fierce enmity with Shenaaz could be possibly knowing or unknowingly or inadvertently stepped into a scenario where she was a major obstacle or creating an unwanted chicanery. Probably an unwanted interference. A similar incident happened in Rajouri a couple of weeks back where the brother was against his sister in an affair which to him was Indecent just like she too possibly was disliking something which in her eyes was not good for the family as a whole? Just a speculation yet again but could also be the ultimate reality. One man could not have done involvement of more than one or two cannot be ruled out. I’m a writer and, therefore am automatically a suspicious character and thus am putting forward the story in a similar fashion. By the way the post mortem report says several things which I have mentioned above and the evidence is now with the forensics to move on further.
The police have registered a case U/s 174 Code of Criminal Procedure. Section 174 of the Code of Criminal Procedure is a legal provision that deals with the procedure that the police and the magistrate need to follow in cases of suicide and unnatural death. When a person does not die due to natural circumstances, a person is considered a victim of unnatural death. Some of the causes of unnatural deaths are accidental death, murders, animal attack, complications of surgery, suicide and many more. This definitely was an unnatural death forced upon the Lady of Gursai and the investigations are on. The culprit may not get far because SSP District Poonch Vinod Kumar will undoubtedly spare no effort in finding out as to who did it and another reason is the best investigator on crime circuit DYSP Zaheer Jaffri is with him. I can’t read fiction without visualizing every scene. The result is it becomes a series of pictures rather than a book and that is how I’m seeing it. This is another case which at first glance proves that horror in Mendhar at times is nothing other than reality and one of the reasons is that the television. has brought murder back into the home where it belongs. This probably is yet another case of that nature. It’s not catastrophes, murders, deaths, diseases, that age and kill us but we forget that our dreams die once we wake up, but our nightmares linger with us evermore. This one too will in the family of the lady who was murdered.
This is what is known as far as the inputs go:
Body of a 36-year-old female teacher was found around 100 meters from her residence in Poonch district on Tuesday.
injury marks were visible on the body of the teacher identified as Shanaz Akhter, wife of Mohammad Irfan of Keri Gursai.
SHO Gurasi Niaz Ahmad said a postmortem is being conducted at Government Sub district hospital Mendhar.
He said that there are visible injury marks on the body of the teacher, who was posted at government middle school Keri Gulthan in Balakote Mendhar area of the district. He proceeded under 174 CrpC .
The investigations are on and for sure the criminals would behind lockers soon because the culprits cannot remain in hiding for long and they may be sweating at best for the time being with each moment passing off in extreme desperation
Violence against women comprises a wide range of acts from verbal harassment and other forms of emotional abuse, to daily physical or sexual abuse. At the far end of the spectrum is femicide: the murder of a woman. While our understanding of femicide is limited, we know that a large proportion of femicides are of women in violent relationships, could be in their own homes where they belonged to or in the ones they presently stay and are committed in maximum occasions by people whom they know current or former depends on the situation and circumstances. This probably and possibly was on the current developments. Femicide is generally understood to involve intentional murder of women because they are women. Femicide is usually perpetrated by men, but sometimes female family members may be involved) in this case it could be a possibility!
As far as the Police goes they don’t read true crime to condone it, they read it to understand it and get the culprits behind the iron grills. But yet another thing is sure in this case those who killed Shenaaz had no other choice and the only one that remained with them was to kill her and they did it with ease. Now the ruthless reality, most criminals, murderers, killers and rapists walk free today, because the victims and other people who support the victims lied or fabricated and faked evidence. They wanted the criminal, rapist, murder behind bars so much that they tempered with evidence. What they say and present end up not adding up and the judge or law has to let the criminals walk , because they have nothing to hold them against. Hope so this does not happen in this murder because the lady was a teacher and they have to be respected and not battered to be thrown away a hundred meters from their homes! That happened in this case! In any case this story does not end here! It cannot!
