Muskaan Hilal is the Youngest model in the Kashmir valley. Muskaan who hails from the Soura area of Srinagar entered in this profession this year at the age of 18, She is studying in class 12.
Muskaan’s passion fir modelling was such that she started modeling since her early childhood. Speaking to Team TRK, she revealed ” I was so crazy about entering into this profession. But as you know we don’t get any platform for this career option here in the valley. So I thought I will not be able to do this in my life.”
Opening up about the stigma in conservative Kashmiri society she says ” you have to face bla bla from the society and I also didn’t get much support from family. But i moved on ! I met few of my colleagues who are also modeling . They motivated me to enter this proffesion and supported me a lot.”
Muskan stated modeling and gave it her one hundred percent. “I was glad that many appreciated my modeling. I recieved lot of rave reviews, on my DMs,and encouraging comments on social media. And today I am getting various offers for collaborations for clothes, shawls, mostly traditional etc. From various business houses.
Speaking about her future plans, Muskan quips excitedly “I want to go into big reality Shows like Bigg Boss. Besides that I also dream of working in Bollywood. And make my own name. Says Muskan Hilal Who hails from conservarive Soura area of Srinagar Kashmir “.
18 Year old muskaan mentions that she is very active on social media these days, posting images, making reels to reach out to people.
“My message to girls of Kashmir Will be to do work that you want, don’t care about anyone who tries to hold you back. That’s the only way our Kashmir can move forward.”
