Bandipora:- Resident of Banger Mohlla Hajin area of Bandipora district on Friday staged a massive protest against municipal Committee Hajin. Demonstrators said that our roads are deprived of Drainage system due to which local people face severe difficulties in rainy season.
The Protesters said that the municipal Committee Chairman Hajin did not do any development work in our ward , they said that our roads are deprived of Drainage system due to which our roads are like river .
Locals further said that we had also taken these problems infront of municipal Committee Hajin as well as R&B division sumbal but they did not take any significant step for us due to which we are facing many problems.
Now the Protesters have appealed to LG Adminstration and the district administration to intervene and resolve this issue as soon as possible so that people can lead a normal life.
When we contacted the Chariman of municipal Committee Hajin Irshad Wani He Said that Our Water motor is working for that area for dewatering, and the question of Drainage system the drainage system has been already approved and Tendered and the work will start in upcoming days.
