Soon after The Real Kashmir News Agency released a documentary report on the experiences of Border Residents in the Nov 13th Shelling due to ceasefire violations by Pakistan, the Jammu & Kashmir administration intervened.
Officials of District Administration reached homes of the victims to provide them financial, logistic and emotional support.
Interim relief provided, including cash amount for treatment. File prepared for complete compensation to the affected families. Rs 50,000 to deceased and Rs 40,000 to injured were disbursed.

It was provided by the administration this evening.
Property damage families also provided interim relief.
SDM Uri Riyaz Ahmad Malik visited the families to pay them the compensation.
