Ten day pre recruitment training programme for Agniveer aspirants by Ace of Spades Gunners concludes in Mendhar with mock physical and written tests

Mendhar Gunners under the aegis of Ace of Spades Gunners organised a pre-recruitment training programme over a period of ten days for around 40 aspirants with the aim of not only informing them about the Agnipath scheme but to also prepare them for the physical and written examination required to be cleared to become future Agniveers of Indian Armed Forces.

A dedicated team of instructors of the Mendhar Gunners carried out rigorous physical conditioning of the prospective Agniveers as per the tests of recruitment rally and conducted classes of subjects pertaining to the written examination. The aspirants were also helped in carrying out registration for the said scheme and a total of 75 persons were registered for Indian Army and 10 for Indian Navy. Furthermore their basic medical test was also organised during this programme.

To conclude the programme, a mock physical and written test of the Agniveer aspirants was organised on 24-25 Jul 22 which helped them in assessing their present state of preparedness and things they need to work on. To motivate them and to promote a healthy spirit of competition, Shabaz Saleem Khan (the best overall performer), Mustafa Ahmed (second best over all performer) and (Arun Kumar Sharma) best performer in physicals were felicitated in the closing ceremony.

All participant local youth from far flung areas along the Line of Control thanked Mendhar Gunners wholeheartedly for organizing this programme to guide them towards realising their dreams.
