Some touts have been cheating common people in J&K by showing their photographs with officials.
SSP Srinagar Rakesh Balwal while told that activities of some touts have come to notice wherein they cheat common people by showing their photographs with officials.
He said that we have noticed some touts have been using photographs with officials to loot people on pretext of job and other issues.
He advised that citizens be wary of them as civil servants are public figures & any photo with them in offices or in other functions is a normal thin.
We must work together to expose these touts so that common people can be saved from getting looted, he said.
He said that people must contact nearest Police station of Srinagar police if anyone is asking them for money for jobs and other issues by boasting of their links with officials.( VOK) .
